Walk off the elevator to the pool or a few more steps to the beach! This unit is on the 6th floor and the master bedroom boasts beachfront views and a King size bed with private bath including whirlpool tub with separate shower and double sink vanity. The guest room has a queen bed with guest bathroom access. The junior suite has a full bed. Sleeps 6 comfortably. A separate room for laundry is wonderful for those sandy bathing suits and floats! The kitchen/Dining Room/Living Room area is surrounded by windows for the most amazing views, especially sunsets! Marisol Condominium has a total of 45 units and only 20 rental units, there is ample space for everyone. Due to limited parking this complex only allows 2 spaces per condo. When you book with us, you are included 1 space for $55. If you need a 2nd space, you will need to pay additional $55. Pay Per Parking lot is available 1 block down from condo for $7/day. Community BBQ grills are located on the pool deck to enjoy beachfront/poolside meals!

Deposit Policy
Amount due at Booking is 20% of the TOTAL quote of the reservation. Please note minimum age to reserve is 25+ years for Edgewater Beach Resort, Marisol and Long Beach Resort. Remainder of reservation quote is due 30 days prior to check in. If you choose to mail us a check, please make sure that we receive your check on or before your balance due date. If we do not have payment on the due date, the Credit Card that we have on file WILL be charged.

Checkin communication was great. Upon arrival, the condo was perfectly clean with a great view. Very spacious for the entire party, with plenty of cookware in the kitchen for staying in, and the patio furniture watching the beach was a huge “hit” for us. Location was about as close to the center of PCB as you could ask for, where everything was within 15 minutes driving no matter what direction our destination was. (There is a grocery store within 5 minutes of the room.) Parking was dedicated to the room, so same spot and no searching for a place every time. Within 100 yards of the beach access was a volleyball net, jet ski, parasailing, and chair rentals. Highly recommend staying here.
Loved that it came with a parking spot on the same side as the condo. Check in was a breeze and room was very clean. View was great and balcony had plenty of room.

The condo offered plenty of space for our group of 6 adults. Beach access from the condo is so great and convenient. I highly recommend staying here.
