This fully furnished Beachfront condo is located in beautiful Edgewater Beach Resort! Completely updated kitchen, bathrooms, floors, ceiling, wall decor, furniture and appliances!! This 1 bedroom 2 bath standard floorplan boasts large balcony leading from the living room with sleeper sofa. The master suite has a King size new mattress and private bathroom. Sleeps 2-4 comfortable!

Exclusive amenities include 11,800 sq.ft. lagoon Pool with waterfalls & tropical landscaping, 9 pools, 4 hot tubs, Pool side activities & live music, Paradise Pizza Shack, Ocean's full service restaurant & bar, Edgie's/Starbucks Coffee Shop/Ice Cream Parlor, Spa, Fitness Center, Hair Salon, Pro Shop, Executive 9 hole Golf Course, & 11 lighted Tennis courts.
Cancellation Policy: 20% due at booking; remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. If canceling outside of the 30 days prior to check in, the Initial Down Payment of Reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE. In many cases, IF the property is re-reserved for the same dates at the same rate as the cancelled reservation we work with our customers on a partial refund of the 20% down payment.
If canceling within the 30 days of check in, the TOTAL balance is NON-REFUNDABLE. Purchasing Travel Insurance would provide peace of mind in the instance that the reservation will be cancelled within the 30 day payment window or in the event of a major weather event such as a Hurricane. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance if there are concerns about loss of job, sick kids, named storms or the potential of a death in the family.

Deposit Policy
Amount due at Booking is 20% of the TOTAL quote of the reservation. Please note minimum age to reserve is 25+ years for Edgewater Beach Resort, Marisol and Long Beach Resort. Remainder of reservation quote is due 30 days prior to check in. If you choose to mail us a check, please make sure that we receive your check on or before your balance due date. If we do not have payment on the due date, the Credit Card that we have on file WILL be charged.

Erica was an amazing host who was very responsive and helpful. The location sits right on the beach and offered an amazing view. In addition, the place was clean and had all of the amenities and assets in place to make for a very comfortable and welcoming stay. I booked this place last minute on my drive from Texas to Florida for a last minute family vacation. Erica quickly responded with every question from booking to checking in. The place was so beautiful and more bigger than I expected. The view was very nice and relaxing. My family and I both dreaded check out day. I would definitely book again.

I had previously dealt with some pretty snippy people who were impatient and kind of rude and you were a breath of fresh air. It made my worries about taking this first trip relax away. The room was perfect. We absolutely loved it there. It was the perfect size, great view, and had everything we needed. Thank you for helping to make our mother/daughter trip awesome. Erica, I just wanted to let you know how very much we enjoyed our trip to PC Beach. Our room (Leeward 402 at Edgewater Resort) was just what we hoped for. Thank you and Carla for going out of your way to provide us with a table and 4 chairs on the balcony when I told you how much I wanted to be able for our family to eat our breakfast on the balcony each morning. Thank you, Carla and Regina, our housekeeper, for being so sweet and offering to bring your personal kids DVDs when we discovered our cable would not be working properly for a couple of days. (Kids want their “Disney” and “Nick” fixes each morning and night. Haha) Thankyou for bringing the extra blanket over when we couldn’t find one in the room…I tried not to make a big deal out of it and said that I would just go buy one, but Erica INSISTED that we would NOT go buy one, and had one brought right over.My husband was very pleased when our security deposit was credited back to our account within just a day or two!We really appreciate all of your extra efforts and hope to book with you again next year.Sincerely,Cathy and Gary(and girls)
