Outside Showers, Grills and Furniture provide plenty of areas to rest, relax and find your calm. Very Beachy Vibes, you will fall in love! Main unit "Keep Calm" sleeps 6 with 1 Queen and a Bunk Bed in 1 room and another Queen in 2nd Bedroom, 1 Bathroom. 2nd unit "Carry On" sleeps 4 with 2 bedroom's; one with a Full and other with a Queen and 1 bath. Deposit Policy
Amount due at Booking is 20% of the TOTAL quote of the reservation. Please note minimum age to reserve is 25+ years for Edgewater Beach Resort, Marisol and Long Beach Resort. Remainder of reservation quote is due 30 days prior to check in. If you choose to mail us a check, please make sure that we receive your check on or before your balance due date. If we do not have payment on the due date, the Credit Card that we have on file WILL be charged.

This place was perfect for our group of 9. The outdoor seating was so fun! Plenty of room and seating for all. It was clean and the beds were comfortable!
Cute duplex that worked perfectly for our multi-generational family with adult children. Decorated nicely with a great outdoor space that accommodated our two dogs well. Lots of outside seating for visiting. Great communication with Erica, no problems with the home in any way. Would rent again!
