Welcome to Serenity on the Course!! Upgrades Galore within this Golf Villa as a 5* Luxury rental within Edgewater Beach Resort overlooking Hole #1 on Edgewater's private 9-hole Course. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath Villa has numerous updates including (but not limited to): Completely updated Kitchen with new Quartz countertops, Cabinets, Appliances, Flooring, Ceiling and Woodwork throughout, plus ALL New Furniture, Lighting & Décor. BEST VILLA VIEWS!! The Master Suite boasts a King size bed, computer desk with multi charger dock and private bath with walk-in closet and access to Expansive Balcony. Guest bedroom has a King as well & access to guest bathroom. Also, brand-new queen sleeper sofa in the living room to sleep 6 comfortably. Owners have added large storage bin on Balcony to offer all Guests usage of: Pack-n-Play, High chair, Beach Wagon, Cooler, Beach chairs/toys, floats, Golf Clubs and Tennis Rackets!!

Edgewater is one of the finest full service beach resorts in PCB, on the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Exclusive amenities include 11,800 sq.ft. lagoon Pool with waterfalls & tropical landscaping, 9 heated pools(seasonal), 4 hot tubs, Peak Season Pool side activities/live music, Pizza Shack, Ocean's full service restaurant & bar, Edgie's/Starbucks Coffee Shop/Ice Cream Parlor, Spa, Fitness Center, Pro Shop, Executive 9 hole Golf Course, & 11 lighted Tennis/Basketball courts.
Edgewater Beach Resort requires all Villa and Tower's 1, 2 and 3 reservations to pay a mandatory Guest Registration Fee. Guest Registration Fees are paid one time regardless of the length of stay, # of guests and if no vehicle will be accessing/parking on property. ** Each Reservation will require a $50 mandatory Resort Fee **
2nd resort access vehicle pass: $30
3rd resort access vehicle pass: $50
Motorcycles (during non-Bike weeks): $20 each
RVs/trailers/any pull-behind: $40/week during non-Bike weeks and only allowed through the months of Sept though May.
Cancellation Policy: 20% due at booking; remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. If canceling outside of the 30 days prior to check in, the Initial Down Payment of Reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE. In many cases, IF the property is re-reserved for the same dates at the same rate as the cancelled reservation we work with our customers on a partial refund of the 20% down payment.
If canceling within the 30 days of check in, the TOTAL balance is NON-REFUNDABLE. Purchasing Travel Insurance would provide peace of mind in the instance that the reservation will be cancelled within the 30 day payment window or in the event of a major weather event such as a Hurricane. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance if there are concerns about loss of job, sick kids, named storms or the potential of a death in the family.

Deposit Policy
Amount due at Booking is 20% of the TOTAL quote of the reservation. Please note minimum age to reserve is 25+ years for Edgewater Beach Resort, Marisol and Long Beach Resort. Remainder of reservation quote is due 30 days prior to check in. If you choose to mail us a check, please make sure that we receive your check on or before your balance due date. If we do not have payment on the due date, the Credit Card that we have on file WILL be charged.

We rented this beautiful 2 bedroom Villa over Thanksgiving & we're so impressed! It was clean, comfortable, near the beach & we loved staying there! We were walking distance to the beach & resort facilities & had great shopping & restaurants nearby. It was quiet & we felt safe there. We had read a lot of reviews with other places & as a property manager myself for over 30 years, I'm picky. This rental fit the spot for us. Reasonably priced & pride in ownership, no surprises. We recommend checking it out & will definitely come back to stay here again!

We just stayed at the Edgewater Beach Villa in Panama City Beach and What a great place!! We enjoyed ourselves so much. Between the beach and the villa everything was perfect.
