A Must See, Gorgeous Condo!! This fully furnished golf villa condo is located in beautiful Edgewater Beach Resort! This property is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath deluxe. This unit has been updated with New: granite counters, cabinets, appliances, vinyl plank flooring, furniture, lighting & decor. 1 balcony leads to living room & master suite which has a King size bed. The junior suite has 2 queen beds and another balcony...sleeps 6 comfortably!

Edgewater is one of the finest full service beach resorts in PCB, on the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Exclusive amenities include 11,800 sq.ft. lagoon Pool with waterfalls & tropical landscaping, 9 heated pools(seasonal), 4 hot tubs, Peak Season Pool side activities/live music, Pizza Shack, Ocean's full service restaurant & bar, Edgie's/Starbucks Coffee Shop/Ice Cream Parlor, Spa, Fitness Center, Pro Shop, Executive 9 hole Golf Course, & 11 lighted Tennis/Basketball courts.
Edgewater Beach Resort requires all Villa and Tower's 1,2 and 3 reservations to pay a mandatory Guest Registration Fee. Guest Registration Fees are paid one time regardless of the length of stay, # of guests and if no vehicle will be accessing/parking on property. ** Each Reservation will require a $50 mandatory Resort Fee **
2nd resort access vehicle pass: $30
3rd resort access vehicle pass: $50
Motorcycles (during non-Bike weeks): $20 each
RVs/trailers/any pull-behind: $40/week during non-Bike weeks and only allowed through the months of Sept though May.
Cancellation Policy: 20% due at booking; remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. If canceling outside of the 30 days prior to check in, the Initial Down Payment of Reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE. In many cases, IF the property is re-reserved for the same dates at the same rate as the cancelled reservation we work with our customers on a partial refund of the 20% down payment.
If canceling within the 30 days of check in, the TOTAL balance is NON-REFUNDABLE. Purchasing Travel Insurance would provide peace of mind in the instance that the reservation will be cancelled within the 30 day payment window or in the event of a major weather event such as a Hurricane. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance if there are concerns about loss of job, sick kids, named storms or the potential of a death in the family.

Deposit Policy
Amount due at Booking is 20% of the TOTAL quote of the reservation. Please note minimum age to reserve is 25+ years for Edgewater Beach Resort, Marisol and Long Beach Resort. Remainder of reservation quote is due 30 days prior to check in. If you choose to mail us a check, please make sure that we receive your check on or before your balance due date. If we do not have payment on the due date, the Credit Card that we have on file WILL be charged.

Erica's place is beautiful, well decorated, and very comfortable beds and pillows. The condo is set up with multiple lighting options, which are great for early morning readers and late evenings. We reserved Erica's place for the duration of the Edgewater Classic Gymnastics Meet and her place was within walking distance, making it super easy to walk to and from the meet throughout the weekend. Highly recommend!
Me and my family had a wonderful time place was nice and convenient and very clean
This unit is beautifully updated! Great location to every thing. If you have small kids, bring a step stool to help them reach the sink. Love all the patios! Always love the amenities in this resort too
The stay was wonderful! Erica's places was very clean and the decor was beautiful! Erica was a good host, and her communication was great!
