The master suite has a King size bed & the Junior suite has 2 queen beds & access to guest bathroom. Small patio also connected to guest bedroom. IF you book directly, the Cancellation Policy is as follows: 20% due at booking; remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. If canceling outside of the 30 days prior to check in, the Initial Down Payment of Reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE. In many cases, If the property is re-reserved for the same dates at the same rate as the cancelled reservation we work with our customers on a partial refund of the 20% down payment.
If canceling within the 30 days of check in, the TOTAL balance is NON-REFUNDABLE. Purchasing Travel Insurance would provide peace of mind in the instance that the reservation will be cancelled within the 30 day payment window or in the event of a major weather event such as a Hurricane. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance if there are concerns about loss of job, sick kids, named storms or the potential of a death in the family.
