**Brand New to Rental Fall 2025!!** This fully furnished Ground Floor Villa condo has been recently updated with new Vinyl Plank flooring, Ceiling, Lighting, Woodwork, Paint, Appliances, Furnishings, and Décor and is located in Beautiful Edgewater Beach Resort! This property is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath deluxe. Enjoy the relaxing views from the living room and master suite of the tranquil fountain pond with ducks and turtles and the largest pool on the Villa side. The master bedroom is appointed with a comfortable king-sized bed and features a private bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet. The junior suite offers two full beds and convenient access to the guest bathroom. Additionally, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room ensures that the property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

Exclusive amenities include 11,800 sq.ft. lagoon Pool with waterfalls & tropical landscaping, 9 heated pools(seasonal), 4 hot tubs, Peak Season Pool side activities/live music, Pizza Shack, Ocean's full service restaurant & bar, Edgie's/Starbucks Coffee Shop/Ice Cream Parlor, Spa, Fitness Center, Pro Shop, Executive 9 hole Golf Course, & 11 lighted Tennis/Basketball courts.
**Resort Fee/Guest Registration of $50 is paid one time regardless of the length of stay, # of guests and if no vehicle will be accessing/parking on property. Link will be provided after booking to access this Registration site. This fee covers ALL parties of the reservation which coincide with the number of people the property sleeps and includes 1 vehicle pass. 2nd Resort access vehicle pass: $30; 3rd Resort access vehicle pass: $50. Motorcycles (during non-Bike weeks): $20 each. RVs/trailers/any pull-behind: $40/week during non-Bike weeks and only allowed through the months of Sept though May.**
Cancellation Policy: 20% due at booking; remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. If canceling outside of the 30 days prior to check in, the Initial Down Payment of Reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE. In many cases, IF the property is re-reserved for the same dates at the same rate as the cancelled reservation we work with our customers on a partial refund of the 20% down payment.
If canceling within the 30 days of check in, the TOTAL balance is NON-REFUNDABLE. Purchasing Travel Insurance would provide peace of mind in the instance that the reservation will be cancelled within the 30 day payment window or in the event of a major weather event such as a Hurricane. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance if there are concerns about loss of job, sick kids, named storms or the potential of a death in the family.
