** Each Reservation will require a $50 mandatory Resort Fee payable to Resort ONLY** Edgewater Beach Resort requires all Villa and Tower’s 1,2 and 3 reservations to pay a mandatory Guest Registration Fee. Guest Registration Fees are paid one time regardless of the length of stay, # of guests and if no vehicle will be accessing/parking on property and includes 1 Vehicle Pass. 2nd resort access vehicle pass: $30; 3rd resort access vehicle pass: $50; Motorcycles (during non-Bike weeks): $20 each; RVs/trailers/any pull-behind: $40/week during non-Bike weeks and only allowed through the months of Sept though May.
Cancellation Policy: 20% due at booking; remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. If canceling outside of the 30 days prior to check in, the Initial Down Payment of Reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE. In many cases, IF the property is re-reserved for the same dates at the same rate as the cancelled reservation we work with our customers on a partial refund of the 20% down payment.
If canceling within the 30 days of check in, the TOTAL balance is NON-REFUNDABLE. Purchasing Travel Insurance would provide peace of mind in the instance that the reservation will be cancelled within the 30 day payment window or in the event of a major weather event such as a Hurricane. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance if there are concerns about loss of job, sick kids, named storms or the potential of a death in the family.
