I purchased Tower 2, unit 709 two years ago because of the huge gulf-front master bedroom (among other things). I think the layout of this unit gives “more private gulf front space” than any other 2 bedroom layout.

The kids can be in the living room, watching TV etc. while the parents can also enjoy their own view of “paradise” from the master bedroom. The gulf front master bedroom is also quieter at night (especially during spring break!).

After I bought the unit, I had the whole unit freshly painted, newly carpeted, and new furniture in the living room, and master bedroom. I customized 709 with a special wall treatment that I call “fossils.” I applied (by hand) a texture to accent walls in the living room and baths, and then hand rubbed contrasting paint onto it. I think it is a unique and pleasing decorative treatment. 709 also boosts original artwork (some done by yours truly).

I also added a large flat screen TV to the living room area, new appliances and more. It has been a labor of love to decorate this unit. All in all, I think the result is a pleasing, comfortable place in which families can enjoy their Edgewater vacation.

I rent 709 through Stay at the Beach Rentals because I trust Erica and her staff to do a good job in the upkeep of the unit and have found that guests appreciate the personal service that she provides. Clients will not be disappointed. Unit 709 is clean, comfortable, well decorated, well appointed and honestly, an enjoyable place to spend a vacation.
