My daughters and i enjoyed our stay ! The home is beautiful and Erica was always responsive! We arrived early and the home was ready for an early check in ! This was greatly appreciated! I would def stay here again as it was perfect for us ! I always have a great time at Edgewater Resort !

Loved our stay at Erica’s place—great views, very clean, and fully equipped with all the amenities. What more could you ask for?

We stayed at Edgewater Resort in PCB and booked through Erica Shannon of Stay at the Beach Rentals. She was wonderful from the moment we booked until the moment we checked out. We were given an early check-in. The unit was immaculate! There were added details that made our month-long stay even better. Parking pass supplied, all kitchen essentials, good quality bedding, excellent communication and service during our stay, to name just a few. I would highly recommend Erica Shannon and her staff for your Edgewater Rental.

First, the pictures do not do the views justice. If its high tide when you walk in, you feel like you are over the ocean, not just by the ocean. Second, if you are able to peal your eyes away from the mesmerizing turquoise water that fades to a deep blue, you'd notice the space itself is spotless, warm, comfortable. When meal time comes around, the kitchen is well-appointed with everything you need (and not just the bare essentials that allow a host to say "fully equipped"). You'll find multiple fry pans, plenty of silverware, a great coffee maker, etc. But all this is assuming you'll be inside; you'll have a hard time staying off the balcony. The chairs are comfortable, and the view is, well, spectacular. Enjoy sunset directly from the balcony every night, or take the quick jaunt downstairs and walk miles and miles and miles and miles... We'd come back to this property in a heart beat. Exactly what we needed to celebrate a milestone in life.

The space was perfect for 2 people and the updates were tasteful. Any questions asked Erica was quick to respond. We enjoyed the 2 weeks so much Erica was able to assist us with securing another week in the building next door. Definitely will be reaching out for a month's stay next year.

The communication was prompt, detailed, and included all the codes and times needed to enjoy our stay. The condo was very clean. The view was amazing! And the amenities were plenty. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The condo was in a perfect location. It was clean and had great views of the sunset and gulf. We will definitely be back. Erica was quick to respond when I had a question.

My husband and I wanted to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary on the beach! Erica's place was a perfect match for all that we were looking for and more! The condo is BEAUTIFUL, so clean and comfortable. We spent most of our time at the gorgeous resort and loved the views from our balcony. The living room provided great beach/ocean views too, if we wanted to cool off. The kitchen and bathrooms were exceptionally clean and had awesome water features and amenities. The bedroom was a peaceful sanctuary, and all the decor was beautiful. The sugar white beaches and emerald water with dramatic sunsets put on a show every day! We highly recommend Erica's place! Thank you for sharing it with us!

Our stay at Leeburg was everything. The condo was very clean. It looked just like the pictures. Erica was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. I will definitely be booking again with her.

Beautiful stay with a view ✨

We enjoyed staying here so much. The condo was clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Being able to walk right out to the beach was so nice and I loved being able to go out on the balcony and see the gulf it is absolutely beautiful. There were multiple pools to swim in, tennis courts and shuffleboard. I would stay here again in a heartbeat we had a great time.

Erica was an amazing host who was very responsive and helpful. The location sits right on the beach and offered an amazing view. In addition, the place was clean and had all of the amenities and assets in place to make for a very comfortable and welcoming stay. I would repeat a stay at this location or any other property offered by Erica and team. Also, I would highly recommend.

I booked this place last minute on my drive from Texas to Florida for a last minute family vacation. Erica quickly responded with every question from booking to checking in. The place was so beautiful and more bigger than I expected. The view was very nice and relaxing. My family and I both dreaded check out day. I would definitely book again.

A great place to stay that does not have a crowded beach space. A little tight for four adults. Arrived early and was able to check in a little early. Easy to work with and quick to reply to any questions. Enjoyed our stay

I wanted to thank you for your quick communication, accommodations, and always positive upbeat demeanor. I had previously dealt with some pretty snippy people who were impatient and kind of rude and you were a breath of fresh air. It made my worries about taking this first trip relax away. The room was perfect. We absolutely loved it there. It was the perfect size, great view, and had everything we needed. Thank you for helping to make our mother/daughter trip awesome. I will definitely be booking with you again.

Erica, I just wanted to let you know how very much we enjoyed our trip to PC Beach. Our room (Leeward 402 at Edgewater Resort) was just what we hoped for. Thank you and Carla for going out of your way to provide us with a table and 4 chairs on the balcony when I told you how much I wanted to be able for our family to eat our breakfast on the balcony each morning. Thank you, Carla and Regina, our housekeeper, for being so sweet and offering to bring your personal kids DVDs when we discovered our cable would not be working properly for a couple of days. (Kids want their “Disney” and “Nick” fixes each morning and night. Haha) Thankyou for bringing the extra blanket over when we couldn’t find one in the room…I tried not to make a big deal out of it and said that I would just go buy one, but Erica INSISTED that we would NOT go buy one, and had one brought right over.My husband was very pleased when our security deposit was credited back to our account within just a day or two!We really appreciate all of your extra efforts and hope to book with you again next year.Sincerely,Cathy and Gary(and girls)
