Golf Villa #2709
A Must See!! This fully furnished golf villa condo is located in beautiful Edgewater Beach Resort! Villas are not beachfront but have access to the Beachfront amenities and pools (see property map on website). This Villa is located on the 2nd level with no elevator, stairs only. 3 bedroom, 3 bath deluxe that has been completely updated with New: Tile stand-alone showers, LVP Flooring, bathrooms, furniture, lighting, appliances, cabinets & decor. Balcony 1 leads to living room & master suite. The Master Suite has a King size bed & futon to sleep either 2 kids or 1 adult. Bathroom boasts updated tub/shower combo, 2 sink vanity and large walk-in closet. The junior suite has 2 queen beds & access to guest bathroom. Guest Master has King bed and private access to Balcony 2 and private bath. Sleeps 9-10 comfortable!

Edgewater is one of the finest full service beach resorts in PCB, on the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Exclusive amenities include 11,800 sq.ft. lagoon Pool with waterfalls & tropical landscaping, 9 heated pools(seasonal), 4 hot tubs, Peak Season Pool side activities/live music, Pizza Shack, Ocean's full service restaurant & bar, Edgie's/Starbucks Coffee Shop/Ice Cream Parlor, Spa, Fitness Center, Pro Shop, Executive 9 hole Golf Course, & 11 lighted Tennis/Basketball courts.
Edgewater Beach Resort requires all Villa and Tower's 1,2 and 3 reservations to pay a mandatory Guest Registration Fee. Guest Registration Fees are paid one time regardless of the length of stay, # of guests and if no vehicle will be accessing/parking on property. ** Each Reservation will require a $50 mandatory Resort Fee **
2nd resort access vehicle pass: $30
3rd resort access vehicle pass: $50
Motorcycles (during non-Bike weeks): $20 each
RVs/trailers/any pull-behind: $40/week during non-Bike weeks and only allowed through the months of Sept though May.
Cancellation Policy: 20% due at booking; remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. If canceling outside of the 30 days prior to check in, the Initial Down Payment of Reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE. In many cases, IF the property is re-reserved for the same dates at the same rate as the cancelled reservation we work with our customers on a partial refund of the 20% down payment.
If canceling within the 30 days of check in, the TOTAL balance is NON-REFUNDABLE. Purchasing Travel Insurance would provide peace of mind in the instance that the reservation will be cancelled within the 30 day payment window or in the event of a major weather event such as a Hurricane. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance if there are concerns about loss of job, sick kids, named storms or the potential of a death in the family.

Deposit Policy
Amount due at Booking is 20% of the TOTAL quote of the reservation. Please note minimum age to reserve is 25+ years for Edgewater Beach Resort, Marisol and Long Beach Resort. Remainder of reservation quote is due 30 days prior to check in. If you choose to mail us a check, please make sure that we receive your check on or before your balance due date. If we do not have payment on the due date, the Credit Card that we have on file WILL be charged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★We have been staying at Edgewater for 30 years. Sometimes on the beach side and sometimes in a golf or tennis villa. This was the best appointed condo we have rented. We have decided we prefer the golf/tennis side because there is not an elevator to wait on and the parking is plentiful. Any small appliance you might need was there and it was CLEAN! The condo smelled fresh and clean and it was. I am a white Clorox wipe tester. I ran a Clorox wipe around the bathtubs and not one of them had any dirt or greasy sunscreen residue. (You should have seen what we had last year YUCK!) I wish I had the cleaning crew from this year's stay at my home in Tennessee.
This condo has a pretty good view of the villas pools and a great view of the tennis courts and beautiful lawn. We go down with 2 other couples and the floor plan somehow splits off all bedrooms so everyone has a sense of privacy. Nice TVs in all bedrooms and a really large TV in the great room. The sectional sofa offered plenty of seating for everyone. The pots and pans are even nice.
I would highly recommend this condo, but you cannot have it the weeks we want it because I am sure we will be back! 😉
